Data Entry / Office Assistant - Remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry / Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry tasks, maintaining digital records, handling email correspondence, and assisting with general office duties to ensure efficient workflow across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
• Organize and manage digital files, records, and reports.
• Respond to emails and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling basic administrative requests.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support management and team members with general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (remote experience a plus).
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
