Position: ABA Therapist (BT/RBT) Location: Wymore Overview Flywheel Centers is redefining autism care through a model built on clinical excellence, compassion, and a deep respect for the lives and goals of the families we serve. We are growing in North Carolina, and looking for part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team. Location: Wymore, NE Position Type: Part-time Compensation: $20-$30 per hour (based on certification and experience) Work Setting: In-person, home-based Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. What You’ll Do As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured, center-based setting. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children in areas such as communication, social interaction, play, and daily living skills. Key Responsibilities • Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA • Accurately collect and record data on client progress during each session • Assist with the development of age-appropriate skills • Collaborate with a clinical team to review outcomes and adjust strategies • Create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for learning and growth Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is motivated by purpose and driven by compassion.
