Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Data Scientist to lead the adoption of our marketing and advertising solutions throughout consumer segments. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and improving show commercials dimension techniques, defining vision and strategies for show commercials dimension methodologies, and building collaborative relationships with key partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve show commercials dimension techniques to drive revenue lift, artificial management group, ghost commercials, MMM, MTA, A/B testing, and other key performance indicators.
  • Define vision and strategies for show commercials dimension methodologies, leveraging domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners by aligning priorities to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive management.
  • Manage product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, determining rollout methods, and managing risks.
  • Continuously interact with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignments and manage interdependencies.
  • Explain complex modeling techniques in simple terms and develop compelling narratives that connect modeling results with business problems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline data technology solutions.
  • Integrate disparate data sources and leverage modern analytics best practices to provide integrated actionable insights to partners and senior management around digital advertising optimization.
  • Present media insights and recommendations to various levels of senior clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in data science, statistics, economics, operations research, engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of business experience in data science, dimension, marketing strategy & analytics, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, or related fields.
  • Proficient coding skills (SQL/Python/R) and database knowledge.
  • Experience in building dimension solutions, including revenue lift, ghost commercials, market mix, and multi-touch attribution models; extensive experience with predictive modeling algorithms.
  • Experience in product management, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing technical resources and multiple priorities & milestones.
  • You have a passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • A collaborative attitude and experience of curiosity.
  • Sound business judgment, along with the ability to think clearly, read quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, established ability to persuade others internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end product delivery, self-serve platforms, design, user experiences, automation, optimizations, and data analytics.
