About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Work From Home Call Center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm and welcoming tone, either in-person or over the phone
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customer transactions, including taking payments and handling returns
