We are seeking an experienced and skilled VIP Remote Travel Consultant to join our team of travel experts. Key Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups, in the US and internationally
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs and identifying opportunities to sell additional services
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations, using one of our Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Ensure compliance with customers' agreed travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
• Use positive telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels and drive business results
• Prevent fraudulent callers from trying to book trips after hours by following our security protocols and maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications

• 1 year of corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, car, hotel, air, and rail for domestic and international travel
• Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus) and proficiency in using travel technology systems
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
• Teamwork and openness to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
