Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contract Supervisor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of our Contracts Management team, you will be responsible for drafting, improving, reviewing, and approving various agreements, including supplier contracts, transfer agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and driving success in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain standard agreement templates in collaboration with the Delta Regulation Office
  • Support time-sensitive negotiations for agreements under consideration and ensure timely agreement development to achieve project milestones
  • Develop agreements with external clients, including airlines, leasing companies, and vendors
  • Ensure approval and proper execution of all contractual documents
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain an electronic database of all agreements, including contract management, closing schedules, and other administrative functions within Salesforce or Delta-approved systems

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in contracts-related work, preferably in the aviation industry, is required. You should have a proven track record of collaboration and building relationships across diverse and highly influential groups. Additionally, you must demonstrate a strong commitment to protecting sensitive information and embracing a diverse set of individuals, thoughts, and styles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively across Delta Airlines and Delta Tech Ops partners
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a collaborative approach to finding solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of industry regulations as they relate to aviation-related transactions is an asset
