Job Summary
As a Part Time Weekend Inbound Sales and Procurement Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by generating new leads and accounts from inbound callers. You will leverage your strong sales orientation and procurement expertise to source and develop project quotes for customer orders, ensuring that we meet our quality, timing, and margin expectations. Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Sales:
- Answer inbound calls following LDR script guidelines
- Qualify lead potential by asking discovery questions
- Quote clients based on their project needs and requirements
- Take in new sales requests and create customer orders/accounts
- Adopt new leads from current customers and convert them into new orders
- Use strong decision-making and communication skills to identify the revenue-generating potential of a lead
- Utilize LDR pricing tools to maximize conversion rates
- Solidify and close deals to achieve sales goals by building rapport, adding value, and providing exceptional products to customers
- Utilize Salesforce/CRM software to input and track customer data information
- Ensure that assigned accounts are properly serviced and receive top-quality attention and assistance
- Procurement:
- Fulfill customer requests by matching orders with vendor availability and price
- Prioritize and manage all orders from request to delivery
- Ensure regular communication with all stakeholders
- Solicit vendor quotes, manage vendor bids, and execute vendor contracts
- Demonstrate expertise with contract language and commercial terms and conditions
- Ensure all orders are executed correctly and in a timely manner
- Manage both day-to-day transactions and long-term vendor relations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications

- Essential Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven inside sales and/or procurement experience with excellent phone presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a sales or procurement role within the site services industry
