CRM Chat Assistant for Painting Company
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Chat Assistant to help manage client
communications through our CRM messaging system.
Your primary responsibility will be to monitor incoming chats and text messages from clients
and ensure every inquiry is acknowledged and responded to promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor our CRM chat system during assigned hours.
• Respond to client messages related to:
Project updates and scheduling Estimates and follow-ups Customer questions or concerns Service-related complaints (using approved response templates)
• Use our pre-written response list for consistent and professional communication.
• Scan existing chat threads to identify any messages that have not received a response and
reply accordingly.
• Once a message or response has been sent, notify our internal team via email for
tracking purposes.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and brand-appropriate tone in all communications.
Requirements:
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during agreed hours.
• Experience with customer communication, CRM systems, or virtual assistant roles is a
plus
• Part-time, ongoing role (flexible schedule to be discussed).
• Compensation based on experience and availability.
• Potential for long-term work and expanded responsibilities.
