If you're a team player who enjoys a collaborative, fun environment and is eager to grow and develop your skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Participant Svcs Rep III (Remote), you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through verbal and written communications regarding products and healthcare. This role requires partnering closely with customers to provide valuable insights, education, and direction for online support that would be most valuable to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls * Responding to email, voicemail, and chat inquiries from customers * Providing high-quality, customer-focused answers by educating customers on H&B policies and programs * Handling troubleshooting inquiries for Web and Online issues, including consulting with customers to support easy navigation of available online tools * Resolving issues without management intervention to remove barriers for the member * Protecting sensitive customer information with discretion * Maintaining a professional approach to client service, consistent with blithequark protocol and service levels **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma, GED, or college degree * 1-3 years of experience in customer service * Prior call center experience preferred, but not required * Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems * Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information * Knowledge of Medical/Reimbursement Terminology * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment * Ability to work hours of 11:30 am-8:00 pm EST * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook * Aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking * Problem-solving and analytical skills * Attention to detail and accuracy **Training and Development** As a Participant Svcs Rep III (Remote), you will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
