Job Summary

As a Customer Support Rep – Chat at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with customers through online conversations and representing our automotive dealer clients in a professional and favorable manner. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate information to customers via online chat.
  • Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help our clients make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, address customer concerns, and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills; familiarity with chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Strong ability to multitask, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; gaming experience can be helpful in developing these skills.
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a warm and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry products and services, or a willingness to learn.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as ICSS or HDI.
