Key Responsibilities
- Address and Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and Assess Customer Needs: Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and offer tailored solutions, while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Escalate Issues and Document Interactions: Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring swift resolution, and document interactions and transactions, maintaining detailed records of customer communications.
