We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the USA, working at an impressive $28 per hour. As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to create spaces that reflect who they are, what they need, and what they value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class customer experiences via phone, chat, and email, handling a high volume of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Navigate various post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damage, returns, exchanges, assembly service, and order notifications.
  • Demonstrate reliability by being present and on time for the entire shift each day, ensuring that we're ready and available to help our customers when they need us most.
  • Handle approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, working in a fast and structured environment.
  • Meet our high-performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in meeting metrics for customer service excellence, and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Engage with customers professionally, building relationships and providing solutions to their problems.
  • Actively listen to customers, showing empathy and using internal resources to find the best solution to fully solve their problem.
  • De-escalate customer care issues, using conflict management skills to balance the client's needs with the company's capabilities while maintaining professional composure.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, thinking analytically to solve issues in the first contact resolution process.
  • Be tech-savvy and multitask, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • You must be over 18 years old.
  • You must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • You must be able to read, write, and understand English and Spanish.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
