About the Role:
Laboratory Express is seeking a skilled Remote Live Chat Support agent to assist customers via live chat platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are excellent at written communication, quick problem-solving, and delivering top-notch customer experiences from home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in real-time.
• Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot problems.
• Record and track customer interactions for reporting purposes.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Collaborate with team members using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Requirements:
• Experience in live chat support or customer service.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using remote communication and CRM tools.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
