Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advances that align with enterprise needs and reduce colleague effort
  • Identify, anticipate, and deliver innovative training and learning strategies that drive business results
  • Design and deliver groundbreaking training programs that are efficient, effective, and engaging
  • Establish and evaluate metrics that measure the impact, effectiveness, and efficiency of training programs
  • Lead the training development team to achieve performance goals and objectives
  • Apply data-driven insights to develop solutions that improve training impact, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Build strategies for dynamic content development, support, and delivery that are centered around a modularized approach and agile training responses
  • Manage SCORM-compliant Knowledge Management System (KMS) training content and related data check tests and quizzes
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to leverage available resources and maintain alignment with strategic business goals

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or Education, or relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading instructional design teams with a demonstrated ability to identify and apply new learning technologies and methodologies
  • Experience in leadership roles, developing colleagues and managing cross-functional teams
  • Broad experience managing and implementing large, complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of managerial experience in a Learning and Development, Technical Training, program management, or operations role delivering training programs
  • Proven track record of delivering successful training programs that have positively impacted employee performance and business outcomes

Skills and Competencies

  • Major knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
  • Ability to manage content/training programs at low costs using agile methodologies
  • Excellent technical skills with high proficiency in MS Office applications, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or comparable applications
  • Emphasis on continued growth and development for self and team through resources like ASTD, COPC.com, and Gartner Contact Center studies
  • Utilizes a variety of teaching techniques helpful for inspiring learning, including models, practice, and intelligence
  • Strong relational skills; highly agreeable and professional at all times
  • Action-oriented, results-driven, future-centered leader with a natural inclination for seeking valuable opportunities that change existing business models
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle complex themes easily and to connect effectively with all levels, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and develop strong, functional relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
