As a Full Stack Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for:- Partnering with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing strategic HR support to drive organizational performance.
- Developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Advising on employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborating with learning and development teams to create programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and provide insights into workforce trends and areas for improvement.
- Leading change management initiatives, supporting leaders and employees through transitions and organizational changes.
- Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve.
- Managing performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools.
Experience
We are looking for candidates with:- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering and talent management.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
- Experience working in a global organization or understanding of cross-cultural dynamics is a plus.
