Role Overview

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts for assigned hospitals and service line vacancies, ensuring that we attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate timeframe. Your expertise in full desk recruitment, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing strategies will be essential in driving our recruitment initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates recruitment efforts for assigned hospitals and service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates and fill openings within an appropriate timeframe.
  • Maintains and updates the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job postings to ensure SEO optimization and attract qualified applicants.
  • Mines candidates through ATS and weekly reports to identify top talent.
  • Sources passive candidates through LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and Oracle to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Monitors and updates the list of vacant positions for Hiring Leaders on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with Department Managers and Directors to ensure accuracy of open positions and alignment with business strategies.
  • Conducts rounding in facilities using Intake guides and SLAs to understand the unique culture and fit necessary to staff units effectively.
  • Develops and implements recruitment strategies, including media recommendations, niche sites, and conferences to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Reviews and screens applications, including internal transfers, for minimum qualifications, salary discovery, and cultural fit.
  • Calculates salary, presents, and negotiates offers to selected candidates.
  • Provides interviewing guidance to hiring managers and teams, as well as guidance on ATS processes.
  • Serves as an ambassador for Workwarp by attending community events, job fairs, and school fairs to promote our brand and attract top talent.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full desk recruitment, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with department managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex recruitment challenges and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle, Silkroad, or other ATS systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the unique recruitment challenges and opportunities in this sector.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies, including social media, job boards, and niche sites.
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
