About the Customer Success Role

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-touch customers, serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues, and ensuring that they have an amazing experience with blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remotely manage a portfolio of high-touch customers by serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues via phone calls, emails, and a real-time chat feature.
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage escalations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to champion questions and feedback on behalf of our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure that clients have an amazing experience with blithequark, recommending potential growth strategies by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Serve the internal operations team by communicating with clients directly on their behalf, providing timely and accurate information to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate information to property management groups regarding the services being provided each day, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
