**Job Summary**
We're seeking 20+ experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Medicare team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, resolving complex issues, and providing exceptional service to our members. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from Medicare members, resolving issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more
* Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to our members
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless service to our members
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions with members
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Working Hours and Schedule**
* Work 100% remotely from anywhere within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103
* Flexible scheduling to accommodate a 37.5-hour workweek, with opportunities for overtime as needed
* FT shifts will range from Sunday to Saturday, 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM, with one late night shift and a Saturday or Sunday shift
* Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Qualifications**
* Call Center Customer Service experience, with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
* Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills
* Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide solutions
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
* Ability to navigate multiple systems at a time, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Must score 80% or above on eSkills test
**Preferred Qualifications**
* HS Diploma or GED, with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
* Healthcare industry experience, with a focus on Medicare or related fields
* Previous Medicare experience, with a strong understanding of Medicare policies and procedures
* Call Center Customer Service experience (inbound calls), with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional service
* Medical background, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts
