Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to work from home and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and clients. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our healthcare professionals. This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour.

Work Outline

As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing information section and patient enrollment tasks, adhering to state and government guidelines
  • Answering high-volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision
  • Observing guideline working methods and performing tasks according to blithequark's strategies and methodology
  • Utilizing blithequark's system information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system
  • Handling patient medication demands within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for handling
  • Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, deciphering clinical shortened forms (SIG codes), and resolving all information section-related exceptions
  • Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed
  • Settling Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as fitting
  • Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a functioning expert permit or confirmation

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school certificate or GED
  • Essential level PC abilities, including starting and closing the PC, using the mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving records, printing reports, and accessing data online
  • Essential web search tools abilities, including opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search tool, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
  • Middle-level keyboarding abilities, including typing at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 18 years old or older

Favored Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:
  • No less than 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding abilities, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
