Experienced Online Customer Support Expert – Caregiver Recruitment and Hiring Platform Specialist

About the Role
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be the first point of contact for our online Careseekers who are looking to find, interview, and eventually hire a caregiver on our blithequark Direct platform. You will be responsible for understanding the complete process from both the Careseeker (client) and caregiver points of view, including creating a Careseeker profile, matching caregivers with careseekers, and then helping both Careseekers and caregivers through the process from interviewing, scheduling, hiring, and payroll.
As a Customer Support Expert, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be an integral part of our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to our online Careseekers and caregivers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience on our platform
- Understand and utilize online software tools to manage customer interactions, profiles, and transactions
- Initiate customer contact and follow-ups, demonstrating a proactive and self-starting approach to customer support
- Document actions and next steps, maintaining accurate records and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and abilities:
- A working understanding of online software tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service, outbound marketing, or online sales support
- Excellent communication and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and inquisitive approach to resolving customer issues
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
