Job Summary

As a Trader Administrations Group Captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and serve as a specialist-level individual contributor. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing mentorship to colleagues to improve overall performance on key metrics
  • Demonstrating creativity and commitment to initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
