Job Summary
As a Trader Administrations Group Captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and serve as a specialist-level individual contributor. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing mentorship to colleagues to improve overall performance on key metrics
- Demonstrating creativity and commitment to initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture
- Serving as a subject matter expert and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Driving client satisfaction by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing projects to enhance efficiency and quality
- Resolving escalated complaints from clients and employees in a timely and effective manner
Key Responsibilities
