Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a large number of customer contacts, approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, in a fast-paced and structured environment
* Providing professional customer engagement, actively listening to understand customer concerns, and using internal resources to find the best solution
* De-escalating customer care issues, using conflict management skills to balance customer needs with company capabilities while maintaining professional composure
* Troubleshooting customer problems, thinking analytically to solve issues in the first contact resolution process
* Being tech-savvy and able to multitask, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently
* Identifying areas of need for improvement and sharing leadership trends to help continue to improve the customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* The ability to read, write, and understand English and Spanish
* Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent
* To be over 18 years old
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large number of customer contacts
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to think critically and make sound judgments
