Key Responsibilities

  • Review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential qualifications:

  • No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is highly desirable
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute, with high accuracy and efficiency

Compensation and Benefits
