Key Responsibilities

  • Lead everyday video and telephone sales calls with clients to encourage solid relationships, address their needs, and sign them up for new services.
  • Record client information and after-call notes in our internal systems for accurate record keeping and follow-up.
  • Use internal programming to create customized deals for clients, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with members of your internal team to discuss new clients and update accounts you've previously signed.
