Evening Customer Care Associate Role: Summary

We're seeking an experienced Evening Customer Care Associate to join our team. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a vital role in providing guidance, direction, and support to our valued members. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong background in healthcare or customer-facing experience, and are looking for a fulfilling career opportunity, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a variety of incoming calls from members regarding their healthcare questions and other inquiries
• Build rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
• Verify and collect demographics, updating systems as necessary
• Determine and execute the best resolution to assist members based on their needs or requests
• Connect members to appropriate areas both internally and externally
• Manage tasks with timely follow-up per policies, involving interaction with members, providers, insurance carriers, and other vendors
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High School Degree or GED required
• Strong Communication skills
• Problem-solving/issue resolution skills
• Multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree with major coursework in business administration, liberal arts, public health, healthcare management, or a related field
• Customer Service experience, particularly in the healthcare industry

Our compensation package is competitive, with an hourly rate starting at $16.00, plus a 10% rate differential for this evening shift role.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position, working Monday to Friday with two available evening shifts:

• 1:00 to 9:30 pm EST
• 1:30 to 10:00 pm EST

Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
