**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Call Center/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and web-based portals. **Responsibilities**
As a Call Center/Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries received through various channels, including phone, IVR, and web-based portals
* Recording customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
* Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in all interactions
* Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
* Communicating with supervisors regarding any potential needs or concerns
* Performing data entry accurately
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
* 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
* Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures
* Cultural competency and ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
