Role : Data Scientist Lead / Architect
Location : Houston, TX

Job Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end CV(Computer Vision) model development (classification, detection, segmentation).
-Build data pipelines: ingestion, labeling, augmentation for aerial imagery.
-Manage MLOps on Azure with reproducibility, tracking, and deployment.
-Define and report metrics (precision/recall, mAP, IoU) with clear dashboards.
-Collaborate with SMEs, product, and UX teams to refine workflows.
-Optimize inference for high-resolution imagery.
Must-Have Skills
-Proven end-to-end ML workflow ownership.
-Hands-on with YOLO/MMDetection, UNet, DeepLab, or SegFormer.
-Strong knowledge of CV metrics (PR curves, IoU, mAP).
-Azure ML & data storage (Blob/ADLS).
-Clear communication and collaboration in fast-paced environment
