Position Summary: Responsible for monitoring the quality and quantity of calls received by VPS. Provide feedback to employees and supervisors. Principal Responsibilities: • Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers • Reviews and audits recorded calls to ensure superior customer service • Maintains communication between employees and management • Provides guidance and education for staff • Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5 + years of work related experience • Ability to analyze data and make data driven strategic decisions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Work from home, phone and computer use Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
