About the Role: Loyalty Customer Care Representative

As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our Contact Center team, generating meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. You'll be the face of our clients' loyalty programs, promoting brand building while creating valuable customer insights that drive team performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide expert support.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries across various media channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude in every interaction.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing.
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries, working towards resolutions while de-escalating issues as necessary.
  • Efficiently utilize internal systems and resources to optimize performance.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to schedules and company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues or concerns to ensure timely resolution.

What You Need to Be Successful:

To excel as a Loyalty Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to attend a 7-week remote Training Program with 100% attendance.
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent).
  • A strong customer service orientation, with a collaborative nature to work within assigned teams.
  • Good problem-solving skills to guide customers through solutions effectively.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends.
  • A strong, reliable home wifi connection and a quiet home office environment.

While not required, having 2+ years of customer service experience will be considered a significant advantage.
