About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll address concerns, provide support, and resolve issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of healthcare products and/or services
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience in a healthcare or related field is highly desirable
  • Strong computer navigational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension abilities
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

We'd love to see:

  • Previous experience in healthcare customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with healthcare products and services
  • Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field

Work Environment

As a work-from-home representative, you'll need:

  • A private residence with a dedicated workspace
  • A reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only)
  • A computer and phone system (provided by Blithequark)
  • A webcam (may be required)
  • An ISP that meets minimum download speeds of 10 Mbps and upload speeds of 3 Mbps
