About the Role
As a Home Office Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the frontline champion of our customer service excellence. Working remotely from one of our approved states, you'll engage with our customers through live chat, providing them with an unparalleled experience that not only meets but exceeds their expectations. Your role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of our vision care mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 2-3 incoming chats simultaneously using our LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Consult with customers to enhance the value of their contact lens purchases, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with your manager and team members in a virtual environment, participating in one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats to ensure seamless operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, resolving issues and addressing concerns with a customer-centric approach.

- Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability, to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently met.
Essential Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute, and technical proficiency to navigate our chat platform efficiently.
- A reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload or better, ensuring uninterrupted service.
- A dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions, maintaining the confidentiality of customer interactions.
- A positive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability, ensuring you are available to work your scheduled shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
