Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Dual-Business Invoicing & Accounts (Xero + Admin)
We’re hiring a part-time virtual assistant to manage invoicing, accounts, and messaging for two busy businesses:
Approx 20hrs per week with the oppitunity for more
Gold Class Girls / Skimpy Central – WA’s leading entertainment agency with 300+ contractors and 60-80 invoices per week
Specialised Hydraulic & Mechanical (SHM) – A mechanical workshop requiring consistent accounts and admin support
You’ll be handling everything from contractor invoice processing, Xero reconciliation, and ABN checks, to shift messaging and weekly deadline coordination. Must be confident using Xero, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while hitting deadlines.
Experience with Australian bookkeeping, contractor admin, or scheduling is preferred. You must also be comfortable supporting both industries (fully admin-based role, no content).
