**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Benefits Enrollment Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from ADP client employees, providing benefit and open enrollment information, and explaining complex aspects of company insurance programs. You will also examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs, pinpointing needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive 30-40 inbound calls per day from ADP client employees, providing benefit and open enrollment information
* Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents
* Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization
* Pinpoint needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures
* Record employee enrollment in benefits
* Utilize expertise in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures
**Qualifications**
* Customer Service: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of helping answer customer questions and resolving issues
* Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via inbound calls, email, and chat
* Microsoft Office: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
* Strong attendance and reliability: A strong commitment to attendance and reliability, with the ability to work a flexible schedule
**Training and Onboarding**
* Training Schedule: 3-4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
* Training Location: 1851 North Resler Drive, El Paso, Texas, 79911
* Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, assigned between Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm, with 1 Saturday per month (OT)
