Key Responsibilities

  • Virtual Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web, addressing billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
  • Call Management: Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and proactively identify solutions to common customer questions, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary.
  • Best-in-Class Service: Deliver exceptional service experiences, working in a fast-paced environment to maximize customer relationships.
  • Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries regarding insurance, copays, shipping needs, and technical support for pharmacy.blithequark.com.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older).
  • Computer and Web-Based Tools: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
