About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the voice of blithequark, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall experience of our patients, healthcare providers, and family members. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a wide range of calls, including order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service. You will act as a liaison between patients, caregivers, business clients, drivers, and operations, providing expert assistance and promoting health and wellness by guiding our patients through their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, ensuring that they receive the best possible care
  • Document interactions with customers, maintaining accurate records and tracking details for follow-up or reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and drivers, to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on blithequark's products, services, and policies

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a similar remote customer service capacity is preferred.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle each call with professionalism and empathy
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with adherence to established metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
