About the Role
In this part-time remote opportunity, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing leads to help our clients succeed. You'll work in a relaxed yet professional environment, where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
- Provide detailed information about products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to potential customers
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients grow their business
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to inform future sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications

Essential Requirements
Please note that you must:
- Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone, as you'll be working remotely
- Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
- Be available to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
