**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, phone, and email
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
* Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and procedures
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Quality Check Calls**: Call customers from the prior day to ensure their issues have been resolved and they're satisfied with the service they received.
* **Maintenance Calls**: Call maintenance customers to schedule visits and ensure their equipment is functioning properly.
* **Promotional Calls**: Call customers on our list to offer promotions and upsell our products and services.
* **Review Follow-up**: Follow up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure their concerns are addressed and their experiences are improved.
* **General Inbound Customer Service**: Provide general customer service via live chat, phone, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Previous Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment.
* **Strong Attention to Detail**: The ability to focus on multiple tasks and prioritize customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
* **Conscientious and Team Player**: A strong work ethic and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
