Key Responsibilities
- Compose emails and manage business communications for our clients
- Conduct video conferences and virtual meetings
- Interact with clients and customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Schedule and plan meetings and events
- Perform online research and data collection using spreadsheets
- Report and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Create creative content, including writing and media work
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
