Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls from customers, respond to their inquiries, and address their concerns in a clear and professional manner.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Product and Service Information: Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Policy Explanation: Explain the details of our policies to customers, ensuring that they understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Listen to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions to their problems, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints and concerns, providing a high level of service and support.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately record customer interactions, appointments, and other relevant information in our database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and precisely articulate information.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our software systems.
