About the Role

We're looking for individuals to join our team of Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives in a temporary capacity. As a Customer Service Home Agent, you'll be the friendly voice welcoming customers to blithequark, placing orders, and answering questions - all from the comfort of your Maine home office. You'll be an integral part of our customer service team, providing exceptional service to our customers from 8AM-8PM every day, with extended hours to 10PM during our peak calling season from Thanksgiving until Christmas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers via phone, ensuring a legendary customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and exchange products as needed.
  • Utilize blithequark systems and tools to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

  • A monitor with a minimum size of 17 inches.
  • A full-size keyboard with a number pad and a mouse with a scroll wheel.
