Talent Acquisition Partner II
Job Description:
• Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce goals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for RN and PCT roles within DSD SNF operations.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top nursing talent, including proactive outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding in collaboration with HR and clinical leadership.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and policies.
• Represent DaVita’s culture and mission to “Be the Provider, Partner, and Employer of Choice” throughout the candidate experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical staffing.
• Strong understanding of nursing roles and credentialing (RNs, PCTs, LPNs preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
