Key Responsibilities

  • Verify the credentials of nurses who have selected a healthcare facility to work with, using online resources and following established protocols
  • Follow up with nurses via written message to confirm the validity of their credentials for a specific healthcare facility
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support our essential healthcare workers, responding to their inquiries and providing solutions to their problems
  • Manage multiple chat channels simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and responding to messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide solutions to customers
  • Perform data entry and customer service tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications
