The Role: Providing Multi-Channel Customer Support

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative for our client's customers, handling a wide range of inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Your expertise in Zendesk will be crucial in resolving issues efficiently, ensuring seamless order status updates, product-related queries, troubleshooting, and escalation requests. You'll also be expected to adapt to other congruent accounts as needed, making you an integral part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone support using Zendesk
  • Resolve order status tickets, product-related questions, troubleshooting inquiries, and escalation requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to delegate information and ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Perform auxiliary tasks related to reporting and documentation to support business operations
  • Maintain reliable access to internet and power, ensuring availability for calls throughout the day

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Compensation and Benefits:
