About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven live chat specialist to join our team. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chats from customers, providing them with timely and accurate information about our products and services. You will not be required to take calls from sales agents or customers, allowing you to focus solely on live chat interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and accurate way
- Provide customers with detailed information about our shipping containers, including features, pricing, and availability

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

- Base salary of $500 per month
- 5% commission on sales, with an average earning potential of $20-$30 per container sold
- Twice-monthly pay schedule via Wise or Payoneer
