Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Analyst to be part of our core development team. As a customer-facing Program Manager, you will play a critical role in testing, validating, and launching new technology at customer locations. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, providing actionable feedback to development teams, and driving continuous improvement
  • Visiting customer sites to deploy new technology, collect customer feedback, and quantify the impacts of new solutions
  • Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, and communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
  • Analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs, making informed decisions in ambiguous and ever-changing environments, and driving project outcomes

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications are required:

  • A 4-year science or engineering degree, with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
  • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a focus on customer experience and user interface design
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
  • Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, with a focus on computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
  • Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Formal coursework or training in project management, with a focus on agile methodologies and lean principles

Compensation and Benefits

The contract length for this role is 11 months, with a pay range of $38 - $42 per hour. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. As a remote worker, you will need to be self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management and communication skills.

Location and Travel Requirements

This role is remote, with approximately 50% travel required domestically. You will need to be located near a major US airline hub, with the ability to travel frequently to customer sites and blithequark offices.
