As a part-time chat specialist at blithequark, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing leads that help our clients generate revenue. You'll work in a relaxed yet professional environment, where no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses that meet their needs
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients drive revenue and grow their business
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our strategies
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements
Qualifications and Skills

- Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
