Role Overview
As a Part-Time Remote HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our remote sales team operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment and onboarding, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new sales team members, including setting up email and CRM logins, and assigning online training using GoHighLevel.
- Payroll Management: Manage payroll, including creating commission checks, issuing pay stubs for Canadian hires, and overseeing invoices using QuickBooks.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-performance standards are met.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Handle recruitment via LinkedIn, Upwork, and Facebook Groups for new sales members and onboarding of remote team members.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Foster team collaboration and communication via Slack, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Employee Satisfaction: Ensure employee satisfaction and maintain a high-performance environment, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Training Materials Development: Update and evolve online training materials to align with company growth and changing business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Professional Training or Degree: A professional training or degree in HR Management or a related field.
- Experience: Experience managing remote teams in high-performance environments, preferably in the sales or automotive industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM, BambooHR, QuickBooks, and Slack.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
