Job Summary
We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our partner marketing efforts for our Hyperscaler partner portfolio, focused on Google. As a Manager Hyperscale Marketing, Global Partner Marketing – Google, you will focus on marketing partnership and GTM activation efforts, working both globally and in-field with marketing, sales, and enablement leaders and teams. You will create co-marketing strategies that increase awareness and set the marketing foundation for ServiceNow. You will be responsible for the marketing direction, creation, and execution of co-marketing strategies and comprehensive lead generation programs to drive NNACV, retention, cross-sell, upsell, and key initiatives across account and country targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage co-marketing strategies through to execution for globally, in-region, target countries, and geo-expansion plans (campaigns, roundtables, digital marketing, events, and more) to maximize pipeline, new logos, and growth opportunities.
- Work with ServiceNow channel teams to understand the demands of the business, gather insight, and translate these business needs into marketing execution.
- Build cross-functional relationships within ServiceNow and with partners in-region and in-country.
- Ensure ongoing engagement to support business growth and partner satisfaction.
- Support global and in-region metric collection, analysis, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of programs and ROI of channel marketing strategy, initiatives, and programs.
- Drive program consumption, pipeline creation, and acceleration.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5-7 years of experience in channel marketing, preferably in a global setting, working with executive-level internal and external clients/partners.
- Extensive experience with Hyperscalers, marketing, partner marketing, and channel, with a preference for deep Google experience.
- Experience in program management, lead generation, or B2B marketing.
- Knowledge and experience of defining joint partnerships on both product and GTM fronts.
- Awareness and understanding of the cloud and software marketing.
- Ability to work with differing priorities, multiple projects, and virtual teams and partners, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in enterprise technology, data and analytics, SaaS, ISVs, Global, and Regional Sis.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Partner teams, Sales, Engineering, Product Management.
- Experienced in creating compelling marketing content and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent budget management and project tracking.
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, with a basic understanding of marketing to sales funnel, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies.
- Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with the ability to drive progress and change.
- Flexibility and a proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments.
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills required.
- MBA or BA with significant experience preferred.
