We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Math Instructor / Tutor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Instruction: Provide high-quality, engaging instruction to students in grades K-12, using the Mathnasium Method and Number Sense approach.
• Personalized Learning Plans: Assess students' math skills and create personalized learning plans to help them achieve their goals.
• Digital Educational Materials: Become proficient in our digital educational materials and processes, using technology to enhance instruction and student engagement.
• Communication with Parents: Establish positive relationships with parents, communicating student progress, and promoting program value.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional learning experience, sharing best practices and supporting each other's growth.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress, evaluate and grade student work, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintenance of a Professional Environment: Support the maintenance of a clean, organized, and professional learning environment.
• Non-Teaching Tasks: Assist with non-teaching tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the center's success.

Essential Qualifications:

• Math Skills: Exceptional math skills through Algebra II and Geometry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to professionally interact with students and parents.
• Personality: Energetic, empathetic, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upper-Level High School Math: Ability to teach students in upper-level high school math courses.
• Previous Experience: Previous experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Trigonometry and Calculus: Knowledge of Trigonometry and Calculus is a plus.

• Math Content Knowledge: Strong understanding of math concepts, including Number Sense and problem-solving skills.
• Teaching and Tutoring: Experience in teaching or tutoring, with a passion for math education.
