ServiceNow Developer (100% Remote) We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join Governance, Risk, and Compliance team that will be focused on working on Cyber Security related projects and initiatives. This is a fully remote (anywhere in the US), long term contract (potential contract to hire) role with a target start date of September 2025. Our client is a large Healthcare system that focuses heavily on community health and social justice, aiming to deliver care in a variety of settings—from hospitals to virtual and home care—while addressing systemic barriers like access, equity, and social determinants of health. Required Skills & Experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (CIS-Risk) certification. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as GRC, Security Incident Response, or Vulnerability Response. • Experience with data migration and data cleansing. • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. • Proven experience developing and configuring ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules. • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and other APIs. • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model and database concepts. • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards. Daily Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules to meet specific business requirements. • Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and other ServiceNow components. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. • Perform unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure the quality and stability of solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, particularly within the IRM and TPRM domains. • Contribute to the overall improvement of our ServiceNow platform and processes. • Work closely with the ServiceNow team to ensure consistency and adherence to standards. • Work within Corporate ServiceNow Governance guidelines.
